A girl's first period is an important milestone, but conversations about menstruation aren't always easy—especially for fathers and father figures who may be unsure where to begin.

Let's Talk Periods, presented by OLLI + VYN, is an engaging, interactive workshop designed to help fathers and daughters navigate menstrual health conversations with confidence, compassion, and understanding.

Through age-appropriate education, practical period-care demonstrations, guided conversations, and hands-on activities, participants learn how to approach menstruation without embarrassment, confusion, or unnecessary fear.

Our goal is simple: Help girls feel prepared, informed, and supported while empowering fathers to become confident partners in their daughters' wellness journeys.

• Period Preparedness: How to assemble a period-ready pouch and prepare for unexpected situations at home, school, or on the go.

• Confidence & Self-Care: Encouraging body positivity, personal care, and confidence during puberty.
