Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items/ Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we offer we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges. Â If you are unhappy with the products you receive, please donate them to a local shelter, school or give them to friends or family members.
