How does the subscription service work?

Very simple. You pick the products that you want and how frequently you want them delivered to you.


Can I customize my subscription box?

Subscription boxes can be customized by flow type and product type. Boxes cannot be customized by brand.


Can I stop my subscription at any time?

Yes, subscription boxes can be paused or stopped by emailing us at hello@olliandvyn.com.


Do I have to have a subscription or can I make one single order?

Of course not! All of our products can be purchased with or without a subscription.


When will my subscription box be delivered?

Subscription boxes  are delivered twice a month. You will have the option to choose if you would prefer to receive your box at the beginning or end of the month.


What is Olli and Vyn?

Olli and Vyn is a personal health and hygiene company that offers healthy and affordable hygiene products.

Can I have more than one subscription box to my account?

Yes, you are able to have more than one box. If you have trouble setting it up, please contact us at hello@olliandvyn.com.


Can I choose which brands are in my subscription box?

No, brands are not able to be customized.


Can I change my email address?

Yes, if there are any changes that need to be made to your information please contact us at hello@olliandvyn.com.


I forgot my password. How do I find it?

Please contact us at hello@olliandvyn.com and we will be happy to assist you.


Can I get a refund if I don't want the subscription box or products?

Our goal is to deliver products that we know you will love and enjoy. Because of the nature of the products, we are unable to accept any returns. We ask that if you do not want the products to donate them to a local charity, shelter, family or friend. 


Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, delivery is $5. If an order of at least $50 is made, delivery is free.

Can i change my shipment schedule

Shipment schedules can be changed by contacting us at hello@olliandvyn.com
